DUE FORNI –upscale restaurant in Downtown Austin is looking to hire a Sous Chef. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, has a flexible schedule and ability to produce high quality food at a fast pace. Previous experience as a Sous Chef is required.
Sous Chef Duties:
Creating daily and weekly specials
Interacting with guests/meeting new guests
Leading BOH (Line, Prep, Dish) staff
Ensuring food quality & timeliness of service
Food Handling & Safety/Health Department Standards
